We accept the the following forms of payment: credit cards, cash, or checks made out to ChannelTechs. For business that require Invoices, we offer 15 & 30 day terms. For any hardware & software purchases we require payment up front.
About Us
Established in the fall of 2001, ChannelTechs set out to fill a much needed IT Support gap in the Central Coast. There was local competition for large firms requiring IT support, but their prices were outrageous for the smaller businesses. Being that most of the business on the Central Coast are small we felt this was a niche waiting to be filled. We pride ourselves on offering the best service at lower rates while focusing on small to medium businesses & residential customers. We offer a vast amount of experience that can help small to medium businesses that employee 50+, while keeping your IT budget to a minimum.
